Tasting Notes

A curious white with a husky perfumed nose, earth and sandalwood in particular. Clean green fruit also prevalent. Plenty of complexity, with notes of apple, yellow plum and lilac. On the palate it is juicy, some mineral feel, with a long finish of melon and wild fauna. Delicate and elegant.
