Fine and intense nose of white blossom, salinity and chalky minerality. The palate is elegant, but intriguingly complex, showing faint notes of brioche, lemon, lime and apple. Perfectly balanced this a fantastic advert for the evolution of Cortese and Gavi.

Tasting Notes

Some riper fruit aromas, ranging from from lemon and apple to muted notes of peach and acacia. 18 months on the lees will set this Gavi up for a good five years of development. It’s a beautifully classic Gavi, fresh and steely with a long delicate finish.
