Kisi is a white grape variety grown in Georgia. It is frequently made using qvevri and and as such gives deep amber coloured wines with complex flavour profiles. The wines are often dry with gentle tannin and fresh acidity.
"Textured savoury medium-bodied wine without the excessive tannins or bitterness common to the style. Dried citrus and stone fruits spanning orange peel, apricot, and peach, mingle with chamomile tea on the nose and palate. A gentle grip and pleasing sapidity give the dry, elegant finish additional length."
