Tasting Notes

Intriguing nose of apple, smoke and minerals, backed up by intense scents of lemon and mountain fauna. Fresh, lifted. Good concentration. Lots of citrus on the palate. Complexity. Attractive. Good depth and tension, with an elegantly tart finish.
