Fragrant aromatics of blueberry, plum and sweet spice. Blood orange and bell pepper. Still youthful. The palate is rich and velvety, much more so than the estate’s normal Sagrantino. Well heeled rusticity. No sign yet of any tertiary flavours, instead coatings of juicy black fruit precede a dry and tannic finish.
