Produced exclusively from fruit cultivated in the Gittori vineyard in the village of Gaiole in Chianti. Grapes are fermented in open Nomblot concrete tanks. Macerated for about 25 days and pressed off. 24 month in old French tonneau. At least six months of bottle ageing before release. There were only 2800 bottles made for 2019, the first vintage released.
