This captures the delicate balance between richness and freshness. A real advert for Trebbiano d’Abruzzo and one that busts the myth that it is just a run of the mill grape. Lots of concentration of ripe citrus fruit, some round weighty texture and a saline finish that hints at shellfish and ocean spray.
