L,Artolie is the estate’s premium cuvée. Merlot cultivated in clay and gravel soils. It is fermented in 500 litre new French oak vats. Only around 5000 bottles a year are produced.

Fresh blackberry, prune, and plum on the nose. Some beautifully defined Merlot character here, with the appellation’s classic medium bodied, plush texture. This is a subtle and elegant right bank expression with a lengthy and impressively balanced finish. Very faint wood influence compliments a foundation of forest fruits. Highly recommended for lovers of light and restrained claret.
