Tasting Notes

Outstanding Cru Beaujolais! The freshest of all Bouland’s wines, this pitches lively acidity against mouthwateringly crunchy red fruit. There is cherry, cranberry and raspberry notes all dancing from the glass, but partnered with the schist driven complexity of low intervention winemaking and respect for the soils. Undoubtedly one of the best wines in the appellation, the finish offers fresh fruit and just enough tannic grip keep it all in perfect harmony.
