Tasting Notes

Intriguing, evolved, polished aromas. Prune, date, earth and ash. Some subtle notes of thyme and lavender. Chocolate and hazelnut. 13 years from the vintages it still shows a firm tannic grip. Still lots of life ahead of it, but complex flavours and a classy, elegant finish.
