Tasting Notes

White flowers and peach. Lots of floral and herbal complexity on the nose from scented blossom to wild fennel. Subtle notes of hazelnut juxtapose juicy citrus. The palate is well integrated, showing both depth and freshness. Impressive wine. Very polished. Excited to follow its development.
