Langhe DOC "Cereja" by Tenuta Carretta

Produced from both Barbera and Nebbiolo fruit from the the Langhe, this is named after the typical Piedmontese welcome greeting - Cereja. It receives a short maceration on the skins, ferments in stainless steel for about three months and rests a further three months in bottle before release.
