Tasting Notes

Luscious berry fruit on the nose. Extremely complex. Deep, brooding notes of cherry, forest floor, bell pepper and damson. Despite eight years of age to it this is incredibly fresh. Some sweet spice unfurls with time. Vibrant, energetic. Dry, tannic finish.
