Irpinia DOC Aglianico "Serpico" by Feudi di San Gregorio

Serpico is one of the leading red wines of Southern Italy. Produced from Aglianico cultivated in the estate’s "Dal Re" vineyard in the heart of Taurasi, it is a wine capable of agening and improving for many years. Carefully selected and sorted fruit is taken from old vines before fermentation in stainless steel. Maceration for a period of between three and four weeks. Maturation for at least 18 months in barrique.
