Tasting Notes

On the nose it is delicately floral, with faints aromas of acacia and spring tree fruit. In the mouth there is plenty of mineral character, ripe succulent fruit impressively matched with a long lingering finish. This is a serious wine to savour and one of the top white wines being made on Etna at the moment.
