Strevi DOC Moscato Bianco Passito "Passri' Scrapona" by Marenco Vini

Grapes are selected from the south-east facing hillside of the Scrapona vineyard in the Bagnario Valley, at 250/300 masl. Grapes are hand-picked and bunches are placed in small boxes before drying out on racks. Classic Guyot training system, density is 4,000 vines with yields of 45 quintals per hectare.
