Tasting Notes

Crisp and fresh Sauvignon Blanc with green tomato leaf aromas. More of those green tomato flavours on the palate and somewhat sweet tree fruit notes. Lovely gripping acidity and a bit of bittery grapefruit skin kick on a prolonged aftertaste.
