The nose shows abundance of melon, white flowers and subtle hints of vanilla. The wine was fermented in new French barriques and aged on the lees for six months giving it additional complexity and lovely prolonged buttery, freshly ground hazelnuts and subtle mineral taste all accompanied by a crispy acidity.
