Domaine Papagiannakos is a large winery based in Attica, not far from the Greek capital Athens. They are known for producing clean, modern wines from both local and international varieties.
Savatiano is planted in limestone soils in South East Attica where the vines are over fifty years old now. It's a massive site but nevertheless not irrigated. The wines are fermented in stainless steel to preserve the freshness of the fruit and are released early.
