Lechinţa is a small village located in [Transylvania](/region/transylvania) and is best known for [Liliac Winery's](/producer/liliac-winery) white wine production. Lechinţa DOC can actually be made up of grapes cultivated across several villages, all located among the gentle foothills of the Carpathian Mountains.
