The Uco Valley is one of the most exciting wine making territories in Argentina. Around 20 top producers are making very high quality wines at altitudes as high as 1500m from a range of different red and white grape varieties. Malbec and Cabernet Franc star alongside Chardonnay and Sauvignon blanc.
