Trousseau

Little known red variety grown in the Jura.

Wines made from Trousseau

Arbois AOC "Les Grandes Gardes"

Domaine Désiré Petit , Jura, France

Trousseau (100%)

"A little barnyard character on the nose but that soon dispersed leaving a vibrant and fresh wine with lots of raspberry personality. Also coming through were notes of tropical fruit, particularly lychee, with faints hints of sweet spice. A lengthy, balanced finish of crunchy red fruit. Light and rustic."
