Pinot Bianco

Pinot Bianco is a white grape variety grown in the north of Italy and various locations across Europe, notably in France where it is known by its more popular name of Pinot Blanc. It produces light, subtle wines with high acidity, making it very suitable for the production of sparkling wines.
